Charlie asked me to advise you that we have been notified that the skirmish scheduled for February 22-24, 2008, hosted by the 23rd North Carolina has been cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants.  If any members of your region had planned to travel to North Carolina and attend as a visitor, please advise them that the skirmish has been cancelled. 

We have been notified by Brannen Sanders, skirmish director for the Denhamville, GA skirmish scheduled for March 7-9, 2008, that the skirmish is cancelled.  Please note that this skirmish is cancelled not only this year but permanently.  Please alert folks in your regions who may have been planning to travel and attend as a visitor or guest.  Thank you.
